Darren completed his 6 yr Chiropractic Masters Degree at Durban University of Technology (D.U.T) in 2008, his masters dissertation was titled “The immediate effect of dry needling of the most tender active myofascial trigger point of the rotator cuff musculature on bowling speed in action cricket fast bowlers”

Darren then completed an MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (UFS) before joining Investec Bank as a Private Banker. He spent 6 yrs at Investec as a banker to a base of high net worth clients particularly in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries.

Darren has always had a passion for cooking and pursued this passion by completing an Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking through City and Guilds (London) via Capsicum Culinary Studio. On his off days you can find him in the kitchen attempting Michellin starred dishes from around the world.

Corporate Focus

The focus of Darren’s practice is in the treatment of Back Pain and Headachesamong individuals employed in Corporates (Office Workers).

His previous corporate employment has provided him with a unique understanding of the demands of Corporate life and the high prevalence of musculoskeletal pain among office workers.

His goal in treating every patient is to help them to become “ Happier, Healthier and Wiser”
